The service is always very friendly and attentive here. They get bonus points for free appetizers as well. The ginger salad is pretty good and comes with the food. They also gave us a free cucumber sushi roll which was also pretty good. Every roll I've had here was delicious, but I especially love their Deep Fried rolls, so good!
This place is a staple for my family and friends. We love coming here for good food and quality service! The space is smaller so you may have to wait but it is 100% worth it. Fresh sushi & great customer service! I would recommend parking in the free parking garage instead of the parking lot. The parking lot is super limited, right and there's a dead end. The uni is extremely fresh, better than any other places I've been to. We ordered the Salmon Heaven & Eel special and it was so delicious that I didn't even have to dip in soy sauce. I would come back and try the rest of the menu
10/10! Our only regret is that we're just finding this place after living here for 12 years! They been in business for six but still. Clean restaurant, kind and helpful staff and REALLY good food! The prices are fair and the options are so good! Full sushi menu, fresh and attractive too, because that matters! They also have fried rice and bento boxes which are really filling for $16!
I receive exceptional service every time I go to Koji! It's in a great spot in downtown Mckinney, easily the best sushi you can get in the area, and each time I enter it's akin to being transported to a whole new world-- thats how nicely made up the interior is! Their quality of fish is phenomenal, and on occasion I have been given complimentary Cutie rolls with my appetizers. I look forward to trying more on their menu, such as tempura cheesecake, various flavors of deep fried ice cream, & an array of mochi. Nothing ever fails me when I go.
Amazing sushi spot in McKinney. I thought it was just going to be mid but turns out it's a pretty solid place with fresh fish and the bento box and yakisoba was really filling and delicious!
I've been here twice and food has been good. The crab monster appetizer is my favorite. I've had the volcano shrimp roll, shrimp dynamite and the yummy yummy. Favorite is the volcano shrimp roll. Food tastes greats. Service could improve. A few times I would ask for something and they would forget so I would have to ask again. Ambiance of the place isn't anything too special but it's nice.
